Permanent & Fixed Term Contract: our team perform a search and selection of candidates meeting your brief. Using our extensive network and relevant search tools, a shortlist of candidates will be vetted and interviewed prior to submission. References are taken as part of our internal compliance and deeper credit checks, physcometric testing and technical testing can be conducted if required. All permanent placements or Fixed Term Contracts of a duration longer than 12 months have a 12-week no nonsense rebate period.

Contract and Temporary Resource: in the event that you need a particular skill for a project or have a requirement to back-fill your own employees, we will source from our own pool of vetted individuals and search our wider network for suitable candidates. All suitable candidates are interviewed and reference checked as standard practice. Once placed on assignment with you, we manage the contractors pay and relevant insurances, and stay in contact with them throughout their time with you, meeting regularly and offering feedback for both parties. We can provide candidates globally (subject to some conditions in certain territories)

Project Team Provision: ISP Legal can provide a full project team, or component part, for a fixed cost based on agreed deliverables. This is particularly useful for IT based projects and Transformation & Change.In order to provide the optimum service to our clients, we meet with you, discuss your requirements in detail and agree the service levels you require so that we can not only have a full understanding of what you want, but also have measurable objectives for our team.
